Zoey von Nebel is a gorgeous 4 year old German Shepherd. Meet Zoey, the sweet and beautiful girl who comes out of her kennel calmly and ready for her walks. She’s a leash pro, staying in a heel position as she explores the world around her. She enjoys stopping to sniff the scents of the outdoors, adding a touch of curiosity to her walks. At the rescue, she walks comfortably with a group of dogs. Although a little shy at first, she quickly warms up and will nuzzle your hand, asking for gentle ear rubs. Her medium energy level strikes the perfect balance between enthusiasm and lounging on the couch beside you. Her “Sit” command is second nature, and she takes treats with utmost care, like the consummate lady she is. Zoey’s playgroup debut was a success. She explored every nook of the yard, showing her adventurous spirit. A mingler by nature, she is generally a good  greeter, but she prefers calmer dog companions, steering clear of pushy ones. But wait! The qualities we have enumerated are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this girl’s virtues. According to her surrender form, Zoey is well-behaved in the yard or house, is housebroken, crate-trained and knows commands like “Sit,” “Down” and “Wait.” Her love for people extends to kids, just no small dogs or kitties for this girl.
